Istanbul Research Institute is celebrating the 61st Library Week with a library and archive visit. The Istanbul Research Institute library, which has embraced the motto of being a user-friendly library since its establishment, will introduce many of its collections to interested parties, including manuscripts, newspaper clippings, slides, glass negatives, maps, engravings, rare magazines, and books.
This tour will be the scope and operation of the library and archives. Works from the archives will be presented along with their stories. Topics such as the scope of the archive, its creation, storage, digitization methods, and classification will be discussed.
